Bloomsburg Men's Basketball Ranked 21st in the Country
BLOOMSBURG -- The undefeated Bloomsburg University men's basketball team is ranked 21st in the country in the latest National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II poll. The Huskies are making their first appearance of the season in the rankings.
Bloomsburg is off to a torrid start, winning its first six games of the year. New head coach John Sanow is having the best start for a first-year head coach in the history of the school.
The Huskies are lead by Matt Jefferson (Philadelphia/George Washington) who is averaging 11.2 points and 6.8 rebounds on the season while Billy Bryan (Denver/Holy Name) is second on the team averaging 10.8 points per game.
Bloomsburg will look for it's seventh straight win on December 9th at 3:00 when the Huskies host the District of Columbia at 3 p.m. in the Nelson Field House.
