Giannotti Named PSAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week

BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University men's soccer player Andre Giannotti (Wyomissing/Wyomissing Area) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the period ending September 30th.

Giannotti, a sophomore, scored two goals in two key wins for the Huskies. Against Kutztown, he was credited with a score as pass he was making was knocked into the Kutztown goal, the only goal of the game. Against Millersville this past Saturday, Giannotti scored the Huskies' first goal of the game in a 2-1 victory over the Marauders. For the year, Giannotti leads the Huskies in goals scored with three.

Bloomsburg, 4-2-1, 2-0 in the PSAC, will visit Shippensburg Wednesday at 2 p.m.
