Bloomsburg Falls to CW Post in Men's Soccer

LOCK HAVEN —Bloomsburg University lost to CW Post on Saturday, 2-1, in men's soccer action at the Lock Haven Invitational.

Post took the early lead in the game just 7:45 into the contest when Steve DeNeicy scored unassisted. The Pioneers went up 2-0 at the 20-minute mark when Rafael Morales scored.

Bloomsburg cut the lead to 2-1 when Greg Pompei (Andover, NJ/Newton) scored unassisted. However, despite getting 11 more shots off than CW Post, the Huskies could not get the tying goal.

Bloomsburg, 1-3, will play New York Tech on Sunday at Lock Haven at 11 a.m.
