Two Huskies Named to All-PSAC Men's Soccer Team

BLOOMSBURG- Two Bloomsburg University men's soccer players have been named to the 2006 All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Team. Senior mid-fielder Josh Prall (Clarks Summit/ Abington Heights) was named to the first team, while freshman defender Mike Jones (Paoli/ Great Valley) was named to the second team.

Prall ranked second on the Huskies with eight points on three goals and two assists this season. His season highlight came in a 3-3 tie against California when he scored two goals including one with just 26 seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime. Prall finished his Bloomsburg career playing in 62 games, while scoring eight goals and picking up six assists.

Jones emerged as one of the top defenders in the PSAC in just his freshman season. In addition, he scored his first collegiate goal in a 3-3 tie against California and added a goal in a 2-1 loss to West Chester.

The Huskies finished the season with a record of 3-13-2, 3-11-2 in the PSAC and finished seventh in the conference.
