Men's Soccer Falls to Lock Haven

LOCK HAVEN-- The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team lost to Lock Haven on Saturday by a 3-1 score.

The Bald Eagles took the lead in the game with a goal in the 10th minute off the leg of Martin Peltz. The game remained that way into the second half when Bloomsburg's Tom Monagle (Langhorne/Conwell-Egan Catholic) scored in the 53rd minute with Justin McLennan (Wyndmoor/Springfield Twp.) getting the assist.

Lock Haven regained the lead with Peltz's second goal of the game, this one with 12 minutes left to play in the game. The Bald Eagles put the game away with an insurance goal coming with less than four minutes to play.

Bloomsburg falls to 4-4-4, while Lock Haven improves to 7-4-2. The Huskies host Holy Family on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
