Bloomsburg Men's Soccer Downs Pitt-Johnstown

BLOOMSBURG- The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team defeated Pitt-Johnstown, 3-0, on Tuesday night.

The Huskies got on the board first off a goal by Justin McLennan (Wyndmoor/Springfield Twp.) in the 35th minute.

McLennan scored his second goal of the night just 10 minutes into the second period. Eric Simonds (Sassamansville/Boyertown) added an insurance goal in the 64th minute to seal the win for the Huskies. David Leiendecker (Easton/Easton) had three saves in goal for the Huskies to preserve the victory.

Bloomsburg improves its record to 2-0-3 on the season. The Huskies will travel to Kutztown on Saturday for a noon game.
