Kalezic Named PSAC Player of the Week

BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University men's tennis player Aleks Kalezic (Belgrade, Yugoslavia) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Player of the Week for the week of April 2-8th.

The junior went 2-0 at number three singles and 3-0 at number two doubles, helping the Huskies win three team matches last week. His best match came in a three-set win that helped Bloomsburg defeat Kutztown, the top ranked team in the East Region.

On the year, Kalezic is 12-6 in singles action, while compiling a record of 15-5 in doubles play. For his career, Kalezic is 30-24 in singles play and 43-28 in doubles action.

The Huskies (13-3) next action is scheduled for Friday, April 11th at home versus East Stroudsburg beginning at 4 p.m.
