Bloomsburg Men's Tennis Falls at NCAA championships

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL —The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team saw its season come to an end on Friday with a 5-0 loss to West Florida in the Elite Eight round of the NCAA Division II tennis championships.

Against West Florida, the Huskies dropped all three doubles matches, including the first of the year for the team of Mike McGrath and Aleks Kalezic. The pair came into play on Friday with a mark of 11-0.

In singles play, Kris Shumway lost at number one singles, while Brian Bogus fell at number five to end the Huskies' year. Bloomsburg finished with a mark of 20-4 on the season. West Florida advances to the final four with a record of 27-0.
