Bloomsburg Drops Close Match to Colgate in Men's Tennis
HAMILTON, NY —The Bloomsburg University men's team dropped a close 4-3 decision to Division One Colgate University on Friday night.
The Huskies lost the lone doubles point awarded (winner of the best of three maches), then split the six singles matches. Bloomsburg's Brian Bogus (Conroe, TX/Oak Ridge), at number two singles, won the night's only three-set match, 6-2, 4-6 and 10-8 in a pro-set tie-breaker.
Bloomsburg falls to 0-2 with the loss.
