Men's Tennis Falls to Bucknell

BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team fell to Bucknell University, 6-1, on Wednesday.

The Huskies dropped the doubles point losing two of the three doubles match-ups. Mike McGrath (Media/Penncrest) and Mark Vellek (Sioux Falls, SD/Washington) won at number one doubles.

In singles action, Dan Gal (South Park/South Park) picked up the Huskies lone win. Bloomsburg dropped two tight third set tiebreakers at flight four and five.

The Huskies fall to 8-9 on the year and will next be in action Friday at 9:30 a.m. as they take on Millersville in the semifinals of the PSAC Championships.
