Men's Tennis Splits Two Matches on Sunday

HILTON HEAD, SC-- The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team split a pair of matches on Sunday in Hilton Head, SC. The Huskies beat North Carolina Central, 7-2, then lost to Rhodes College, 8-1.

In the match with North Carolina Central, Dan Gal (South Park, PA/South Park) and Ryan Glubo (Old Bridge, NJ/Old Bridge) both won three-set matches in singles play. Gal's won 7-6 in the first set, four in the breaker, than won the super breaker, 10-5, while Glubo dropped his first set, then took the second set 6-3 before winning the breaker, 10-6.

Against Rhodes College, Gal was the Huskies lone winner taking another three-set match.
