Bloomsburg Splits Pair on Saturday
Bloomsburg-- The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team split a pair of matches on Saturday beating Millersville by an 8-1 score and falling to Concordia, 9-0.
Leading the Huskies in the Millersville match were Dan Gal (South Park, Pa/South Park) and Ryan Glubo (Old Bridge, NJ/Old Bridge), both two-time winners. Gal teamed with Fernado Perez (Carter Valley/Southern Lehigh) to win at number one doubles, 8-3, then won at number one singles. Glubo teamed with Mitch Zenaty (Fairport, NY/Fairport) to win at number two doubles, 8-4, then won at number five singles.
The Huskies, now 13-4, host Bucknell on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
