Men's Tennis Team Taking Part in ITA Tennis Regionals

BLOOMSBURG-- The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team is taking part in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Eastern Regionals being conducted on the Huskies' home courts.

In "A" Doubles action, the team of Dan Gal and Ryan Chow reached the semi-finals with two wins before falling in the final four, 6-3, 6-3, to the team from Kutztown.

In "B" Singles, Dan Phillips has advanced to the semi-finals with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Vianna of Kutztown. He will face J. Rodriguez of Bryant. In the other semi-final match, the Huskies Jeff Neuhfer will A. Sharma of Kutztown. Neuhfer reached the final four with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Oliveria.

In "B" Doubles, the team of Ryan Glubo and Neuhfer will face Sharma and Vianna of Kutztown in the finals. The Huskies team reached the finals with four wins, including an 8-5 win in the semi's over the team from Bryant College.
