Indoor Track Competes in the Bucknell Bison Open

BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University men's and women's indoor track teams competed this weekend in the Bucknell Bison Open. Four Huskies had times qualifying them for the PSAC Championship meet.

Danielle Kramer (Coal Township/Shamokin) placed second in the 5,000-meter race. She had a PSAC qualifying time of 18:11. Amanda Pisano (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown) also had a PSAC qualifying time in that race with a time of 18:56.

BeJey Thomas (Bloomsburg/Bloomsburg) qualified for the PSAC Championships in two events. He finished the 200-meter race with a qualifying time of 23.30. He also qualified in the 55-meter race with a time of 6.70. Greg McGhee (Philadelphia/Cheltenham) also qualified in the 55-meter race with a time of 6.71.

Both the men's and women's teams will be back in action again on February 15th at the Robert Kane Invitational at Cornell University.
