Indoor Track Competes in the Kane Invitational at Cornell University
BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University men's and women's indoor track teams competed this weekend in the Robert Kane Invitational Meet at Cornell University.
Danielle Kramer (Coal Township/Shamokin) placed second in the 5,000-meter race. She had a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 17:57. Amanda Pisano (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown) finished fifth in the 5,000-meter race. She had a season best time of 18:40, qualifying her for the PSAC Championships.
In the men's 5,000-meter race, Justin Dosch (Sunbury/Shikellamy) placed eighth with a PSAC qualifying time of 15:55.
BeJey Thomas (Bloomsburg/Bloomsburg) advanced from a field of 62 runners to the final round in the 60-meter race. He placed fifth overall with a PSAC qualifying time of 6.80.
Both the men's and women's teams will be back in action again on February 21st at the Susquehanna University.
