Notes 2004: Member of Bloomsburg's distance medley relay team that took third in 11:06.31 at the PSAC Challenge Meet at Kutztown...Placed third out of 45 runners in the 200 meters in a time of 22.82 at the Susquehanna Invitational...Took first in the 400 meters at the Misericordia Invitational in a time of 50.81...Also finished second to teammate Greg MeGhee in the 200 in a time of 23.02...Qualified for the PSAC Championships finishing second out of 20 runners in the 100 meters in a time of 11.18 at the Indiana (PA) Open...Also took ninth in the 200 meters at the same event in 22:61.

2003 Placed 7th in the 400-meter race at the Captain's Classic at Christopher Newport in a time of 51.37.
