Bloomsburg Runs at Lafayette Invitational

EASTON —The Bloomsburg University track team took part in the Lafayette Invitational on Saturday.

On the women's side, Cherise Mercer ran a lifetime personal-best 2:16.85 in the 800 meter race, which also improved her PSAC-qualifying time. Mercer also qualified for the PSAC 400-meter championships by running 60.06 seconds at Lafayette.

In the 1,500-meters, Katie Conlon improved her PSAC-qualifying time by running a 4:59.

On the men's side, Justin Dosch was the winner of the 3,000-meter race finishing in a time of 8:54, while Mike Cogan ran a PSAC-qualifying time of 22.40 in the 200-meter race.
