Bloomsburg Runners Compete In North Carolina

BLOOMSBURG —Two Bloomsburg University track runners took part in the Raleigh Relays yesterday in Raleigh, North Carolina.

On the women's side, Amanda Pisano (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown) finished fourth in a field of 38 at 10,000 meters in a time of 36:32.57. She was also the first Division II runner to finish and her time was good enough to qualify for the PSAC Championships as well as the Penn Relays and was an NCAA championships provisional-qualifying time.

On the men's side, Justin Dosch (Sunbury/Shikellamy) was 12th of 31 runners in the 10,000-meter event finishing in a time of 32:58.98. Dosch's time was good enough to qualify him for the PSAC championships.
