Rain Changes Bloomsburg University Athletic Schedule

BLOOMSBURG-- The wet weather that is headed to Pennsylvania over the next few days has altered the upcoming Bloomsburg University athletic calendar.

The baseball doubleheader at home with Kutztown that was scheduled for Friday has been moved to Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. at Litwhiler Field. The softball doubleheader at home with Holy Family has also been moved to Sunday at 1 p.m. at Hutchinson Field. The Huskies tennis match with Cheyney set for Friday has also been postponed. However, no makeup date has been announced.

Bloomsburg's Saturday athletic schedule is not affected. The lacrosse team will host IUP at 1 p.m. and the softball team will host East Stroudsburg at Hutchinson Field starting at noon. The baseball team will be at Kutztown for a twinbill starting at 1 p.m.

On Sunday, the tennis teams will host Philadelphia University at 2 p.m. and the track teams will be at Lock Haven.
