Huskies Fall to Number Three in Latest Rankings
BLOOMSBURG--The Bloomsburg University softball team fell from number two to number three in the latest USa Today/National Fastpitch Coaches Association Top 25 Poll. The Huskies, 14-2, were ranked number two in the first two polls of the season, but dropped to number three after suffering two losses on its annual trip to Florida. Bloomsburg will take on Mansfield, Saturday, March 30th in the start of PSAC East play. Game time at Hutchinson Field is set for noon. NFCA Release The USA Today/National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division II Top 25 is voted on by eight NCAA Division II coaches representing each of the eight Division II regions. Records are through games of March 24. First-place votes are in parentheses. The next ranking will be announced Wednesday, April 10. Dropped Out: American International (Mass.), Eastern New Mexico, Georgia College and State, Indiana (Pa.), Texas Woman's, Western New Mexico.
