2007 Track: (Outdoor) Ran a lifetime personal record of 58.32 seconds to finish seventh in the 400-meters at the PSAC Championships... Also ran a PR of 25.92 in the 200 at the Championships... Cleared 16'9 in the long jump at the Penn Relays... Took second in both the 400 meters (59.61) and the 200 meters (25.95) and also took fourth place in the long jump clearing 16-8 at the ESU All-American Meet... At the West Chester Invitational, took first place in the long jump in 16 feet, 1.5 inches… Also took second place in the 200-meters (26.92), third in the 400-meters (61.45) and second place anchoring the 4x400 relay team... Took first place in two events at the Jim Taylor Invitational. In the long jump, she topped 12 competitors, taking first with a jump of 16'-10.5". Later in the day, she qualified for the PSAC Championships by winning the 400 meters in a time of 59.81... Took first place in the long-jump at the Radford invitational jumping a PSAC-qualifying 17'-1.25" with her nearest competitor jumping two feet shorter... She also finished second in the 200-meters at the event.

2007 Track: (Indoor) Finished ninth (17-0.75) in the long jump at the PSAC Championships... At the East Challenge Meet, took fourth in the long jump with a mark of 16 feet, six and three quarter inches, later in the meet was fourth in the 400-meter race in 62.28 seconds and finally was part of the distance medley relay team that took first place in 13:06.45... Placed in the top ten in two events at the DeShriver Invitational: In the long jump, she recorded a PSAC-qualifying 16' 5" which gave her sixth place out of 44 competitors. Later in the day, she took fifth place in the 400 meter dash with a time of 63.05.

2006 Track: (Outdoor) Was the first Division II runner to cross the finish line in the 400-meters at the Big Red Invitational at Cornell, taking third place in a time of 58.61. She also came in seventh (26.39) in the 200-meters and eighth (16' 11.25") in the long jump at Cornell... Took third place (26.92) in the 200-meters at the East Stroudsburg Invitational... At the East Challenge Meet at Lock Haven, took part in four events for the Huskies -- she finished fourth (17' 3.5") in the long jump, placed second (59.81) in the 400-meters, ran a PSAC championship-qualifying time of 26.69 seconds in the 200 meters, and finally completed her day by anchoring the 4 x 400 relay team where she made up a huge deficit and helped the Huskies to a fourth-place finish... At the Jim Taylor Invitational at Susquehanna University took second in the 400-meter race in 59.43 seconds; took second in the long jump with a mark of 17 feet, seven inches and was part of the 4 x 400 relay team that ran the event in a time of 4:26.58... At the Virginia Commonwealth University Classic, qualified for the PSAC championships in the 400-meters (9th - 61:06) and the long jump (7th - 16'9.75")

2006 Track: (Indoor) Placed second in the 400-meter dash (1:00.58) and fourth in the long jump (15') at the Susquehanna Open... Took second (1:00.72) in the 400-meter dash and 8th in the long jump (16-6.75) at the East Challenge Meet... Placed fifth in the 400 meter dash in 1:01.33 and finished third in the long jump (16-7.5) at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg... Took fifth in the long jump at the Bison Open, jumping 16'5"... Placed second in the long jump at the Orange and Maroon Classic with a conference qualifying jump of 16'3".

2005 Track: (Outdoor) Placed second in the 200 at Lehigh, finishing in a time of 1:01.64...Placed first in the long jump at Lafayette with a mark of 16-8...Finished the 4X400 in 4:08.53 at Bucknell...Took 14th in the long jump with a mark of 16-4.50 at Bucknell...Placed second in the long jump at West Chester with a mark of 16 feet one half inch...Also took seventh in the 100 meters in 13.04 at the same meet...Took fourth in the 4X400 relay at Susquehanna, finishing in 4:09.68... Also finished seventh in the long jump with a mark of 16-1...Had a PSAC qualifying jump of 16 feet 7 inches in the long jump at Virginia Commonwealth.

2005 Track: (Indoor) Took second in the long jump at the East Challenge, jumping 17-2.75...Also placed ninth in the 200-meter dash in 28.04 and finished the 55 meters in 7.81, 1/100 of a second off of a PSAC qualifying time...Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the long jump, jumping 17-1.25...Took eighth in the 200 meters in 28.12 at the DeShriver Invitational...Finished the 200 meters in 29.64 at Susquehanna.
