Ran an impressive time in the 5,000 meters by running a 17:16.42 at the Penn Relays...Placed 4th in the 3,000 meters at the the PSAC Track Challenge with a time of 10:34.40... Finished 11th in the 5,000 meters by running a time of 18:28.44 at the Wake Forest Invitational in Wake Forest, NC, qualifying her for the PSAC championships...

2008 Track: (Indoor) Helped the distance medley relay team finish third at the PSAC Championships with a time of 12:27.51. Also finished 11th in the 1 mile run with a time of 5:23.48... 1/4 of the 4X800 relay team that took 1st overall at the Cornell Invitiational with a time of 9:54.50... Had an 8th place finish and a PSAC qualifying time at Cornell in the 1 mile with a time of 5:15.82... Took 16th at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a time of 18:37.24... 2007 Cross Country: Finished 5th at the Buffalo State Invitational with a time of 19:51... Took second place in the Husky Invitational... Placed 15th at the Lock Haven Invitational with a time of 22:39... Finished 123rd at the Lehigh Paul Short run with a time of 22:12,second best time amongst Husky runners.... Took 101st at the Penn State Invitational, finishing in 23:21, second among Husky women... Placed 14th overall at the Elizabethtown College Invitational, running the course in 15:27... Finished 13th at the PSAC championships with a time of 24:30, one of four Huskies to finish in the top thirteen. The finished helped the Huskies claim thier first ever PSAC championship in Cross Country.... Finished 9th overall at the NCAA Division II East Regional, one of three Huskies in the top ten. Her finish helped propel the Huskies to thier first ever Regional Championship... Finished 112th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 23:09...

2007 Track: (Outdoor) Earned two podium finishes at the PSAC Championships taking fifth place in the 5,000 meters in a time of 18:12 and earning a sixth place finish at 3,000 meters in a time of 10:47... At the Penn Relays, ran the 10k in a time of 37.48:37... Took second in the 3000 meters in a PSAC qualifying time of 10:36 at the ESU All-American Meet... Ran a PSAC championship qualifying time of 18:27.71 in the 5K at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic... Took first place at the Jim Taylor Invitational in the 10K, earning a trip to the NCAA National Championships. She ran a 37:20.45 in the 10,000 meter event, her first race at that distance... Was the first Division II finisher in the 5K event at the Fred Hardy Invitational, taking seventh place in a PSAC-qualifying time of 18:41.82... Took first place in the 1,500-meters and took second in the 800-meters at the Radford Invitational.

2007 Track: (Indoor) Earned two podium finishes at the PSAC Championships finishing fourth (18:13.86) in the 5K race and eighth (10:31.08) in the 3K race... In the mile at the East Challenge Meet, she finished second in 5:22.67 and was part of the distance medley relay team that took first place in 13:06.45.... Was the second Division II finisher in the 5K at the Armory Meet, running a PSAC-qualifying time of 18:24.28... Competed in both the mile and the 3,000-meters at the Bucknell Bison Open -- In the mile she posted a time of 5:20.49 and then returned to the track in the afternoon for the 3000 where she ran 10:37.66... Ran a conference qualifying time of 10:35.67 in the 3,000 meters at the Penn State Open.

2006 Cross Country: Placed 10th in the NCAA East Regionals, earning the All-Region honors... Took 10th place as the Huskies top finisher in the PSAC Championships... Placed seventh at Slippery Rock... Rebounded from an injury to take seventh place in the Husky Invitational.

2006 Track: (Indoor) Won the 3000-meter event at the Susquehanna Open in a time of 10:28.16... Took top honors in the 3000 (10:37.62) and as part of the distance medley team (12:54:44) at the East Challenge Meet... Placed third in the mile run at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg in a time of 5:23.05 and also took sixth in the 800 in 2:27.66... Placed 11th out of 32 runners in the mile run at the Bison Open with a time of 5:26.76 which qualified her for the conference championships... Was the Huskies top finisher in the mile at the Orange and Maroon Classic coming in second place in a time of 5:37.60.

2005: Placed 17th in the Slippery Rock Invitation finishing in 24:19... Finished 62nd at Penn State's Spiked Shoe helping the team to a fourth place overall finish... Finished 14th at the Bison Open with a time of 19:10.
