Followed that up with a 52.83 in the 400m at Bucknell...Ran a 23.48 in the 200-meter dash event on day one the 2009 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Indoor Track and Field championships....Ran a 23.40 in the 200-meter dash event on day two...(Outdoor) Finished the 400 meter dash in fourth place with a time of 52.51 seconds and completed the 200 meter dash in 22.98 seconds at the Golden Ram Invitational... Took 11th in both the 200 meter dash (22.94 seconds) and the 400 meter dash (52.76 seconds) at the PSAC East Challenge Meet...
