In the 3000 event, qualified for the PSAC championships with a lifetime best run of 10:42.47 at the Bucknell Winter Classic meet... (Outdoor) Finished the 3000 meter run in second place with a time of 10:53.60 at the Golden Ram Invitational... Placed third in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:53.67 and finished ninth in the 800 meter in 2:28.74 at the Jim Taylor Invitational... Finished the Slippery Rock Invitational in 46th with a time of 23:57...Finished the Penn State National Open in 95th place with a time of 22:51...Completed the Penn State PSAC Championship meet with a time of 23:37...Took 21st place in the NCAA Atlantic Regional championships with a time of 23:10...

2007 Cross Country: Took 22nd at the Buffalo State Daniel Walker Invitational... Placed 13th at the Husky Invitational, running the course in 26:32... Finished 46th at the Lock Haven Invitational with a time of 24:05... Took 296th at the Lehigh Paul Short run... Took 168th at the Penn State Invitational, finishing in 25:37... Finished 76th at the PSAC championships with a time of 27:03. The finish helped the Huskies claim thier first ever PSAC championship in Cross Country....

2006 Track: (Indoor) Took second place at the Susquehanna Open in the 3000-meter event in a time of 19:32.03... Placed seventh in the 3000 in 11:22:20 at the East Challenge Meet... Took sixth place in the 5000 meters at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg in a time of 19:30.05... Placed ninth with a time of 10:54.61 in the 3000 meters at the Bison Open qualifying for the conference championships... Took sixth place in the 5000 meters at the Maroon and Orange Class in a time of 19:38.

2005: Finished 13th in the Slippery Rock Invitational with a time of 24:07... Placed 13th in the Bison Open finishing in 19:09.
