Jen Bryan Named PSAC Player of the Week
 BLOOMSBURG-Bloomsburg University women's basketball player Jen Bryan (Denver/Cocalico) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Player of the Week for the period ending Jan. 6.
In three games last week Bryan averaged 14.7 points and 7.3 rebounds a game as the Huskies won all three games. Bryan started the week with an 11-point effort against Shepherd College, then scored a game-high 19 points and had a game-high 12 rebounds in a win over Indiana (PA). The junior forward then finished the week with 14 points in a win over California (PA).
For the season, Bryan is second in scoring for Bloomsburg with 12.1 points per game and is tied for the team-high in rebounding with 7.7 per game. In field goal percentage she leads the team and is second in the PSAC with a mark of 57.8 percent.
Bloomsburg, 11-1, is ranked seventh in the country in Division II. The Huskies are back in action this weekend visiting Slippery Rock Saturday at 1 p.m. and Edinboro Sunday at 1 p.m.
