Bloomsburg Loses to Glenville State in Women's Basketball

GLENVILLE, WV —The Bloomsburg University women's basketball team lost to Glenville State, 65-47, I day two of the Glenville Tip-Off Tournament.

The Huskies trailed by six at halftime, 28-22, but went cold for a seven minute stretch of the second half to fall behind by 14 points. After getting the deficit back to 10 points with three minutes to play, the Huskies could get no closer.

Kelly Burkart led Bloomsburg (1-1) with 13 points, while Meggi Rothermel added 10. Glenville (2-0) was led by Rachel Reddick with 17 points.

Bloomsburg is back in action Nov. 28th when it travels to Caldwell College.
