Again both teams had turnovers and missed shots before Alyssa Flanagan (Freeland/Hazleton Area) made a steal and passed to Gallagher for a layup with 40 seconds to go for a one point Kutztown lead. After another turnover by the Golden Bears with nine seconds to go, Bloomsburg took time out to set the play. The ball went to Wieller in the front court and the freshman drove the lane getting the bucket with 1.4 seconds left to play. Kutztown's desperation three was off the mark and the Huskies got the win.

Kutztown battled back and took its first lead since the opening minute on a layup by Melissa McQuade with 1:29 to go in the half and went to the locker room leading by two, 23-21.

In the second half the Golden Bears saw the margin dwindle to one, 34-33, with 10:22 to play before going on an 11-0 run to take the 45-33 lead and setting up the late game comeback for Bloomsburg.

Wieller finished with a game-high 16 points, while Kayla Oxenrider (Ashland/Tri-Valley) scored 13 and Christine Sereta (Drums/Hazleton Area) had a season-high 14 rebounds for the Huskies now 12-6, 4-2 in the PSAC East.
