Bloomsburg's Wyckoff Named PSAC Tennis Player of the Week

BLOOMSBURG - Bloomsburg University women's tennis player Lindsey Wyckoff (North Canton, OH/Hoover) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Player of the Week for her efforts during the team's spring break trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Wyckoff led Bloomsburg to an undefeated week of competition, going 5-0 in singles matches and 4-0 in doubles matches. Highlighting the week, she defeated Denison's Theresa Mellion 6-2, 6-3 and followed that up with a 6-0, 6-0 victory over Slippery Rock's Sarah Karagianis

Wyckoff, a senior, is 6-0 in singles matches and 5-0 in doubles matches overall this spring.

The Bloomsburg women's tennis team is a perfect 7-0 on the season, and will travel to Division I Lehigh on Saturday for a 12:00 p.m. match.
