Bloomsburg Falls to West Virginia and NebraskaBLOOMSBURG-The Bloomsburg University wrestling team fell to West Virginia, 40-7, and Nebraska, 49-6, on Sunday afternoon. West Virginia, ranked 12th in the nation, won 8 of the 10 matches. Mark Piermattei (Middleburg/Middleburg) and Justin Johnson (Wyalusing/Wyalusing) got the Huskies' only two victories in the match. Piermattei started off the match defeating Brandon Lauer by a score of 10-8. Johnson got the Huskies' only other victory winning a major decision over Ryan Wilman, 14-5. The 22nd ranked Nebraska dominated the Huskies. The only points scored by the Huskies came from a Cornhuskers forfeit at the 197-pound weight class. Nebraska won five of the 10 matches by fall.
