Bloomsburg University Wrestlers Ranked Nationally

BLOOMSBURG-- Two Bloomsburg University wrestlers are ranked nationally in the latest Intermat/National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) poll.

Earning a 10th place ranking is Mike Sees (Northumberland/Shikellamy) at 125 pounds, while heavyweight Mike Spaid (Perkiomenville/Boyertown) is ranked 19th.

Sees, a red-shirt junior, has a record of 16-1 this season and took first in his weight class at the University of Buffalo Open as well as the Navy Classic. Sees also finished second at the Oklahoma Gold Classic in November.

Spaid, a junior, has a record of 15-5 this season and has finished second at the Navy Classic and was third at the Buffalo Open. Spaid also leads the Huskies in pins with eight.

Bloomsburg returns to action this Saturday when it visits Rider University at 7:30 p.m.
