Bloomsburg snapped its two game losing streak with a 3-1 win over C.W. Postoday. Christine Krebs (South Hero, Vt./S. Burlington) scored the first goal of the game when she beat her defender and found the back of the net Junior Alea Balthaser (Hamburg/Hamburg) scored next on a wide open break away to make it 2-0. Minutes later, Stacy Arrison (West Chester/Henderson) scored off of an assist from Balthaser to make it 3-0. Tami Neumann scored the Pioneers only goal from a cross from Maria Gonzalez. In the net for the Huskies was Mandy Gillespie (Philadelphia/Archbishop Ryan) who picks up her fifth win of the season. |
