Bloomsburg Falls to C.W. Post
BLOOMSBURG —Corrine Tomczyk's goal midway through the second half proved to be the game winner as C.W. Post defeated Bloomsburg 3-1 in women's soccer action.
C.W. Post jumped on the board first as Tracy Foraker found Julie George off of a corner kick. The Huskies then tied the game as Becky Ritter (Philipsburg/Philipsburg-Osceola) found the back of the net on an assist from Kathleen Holden (St. Mark's/Wilmington, DE).
In the second half, Tomczyk scored the game winner and Shannon Fabian added a goal with 18:17 to play as C.W. Post picked up the win.
Bloomsburg, 3-3, will open up PSAC action on Wednesday versus East Stroudsburg at 2:00 p.m.
