Bloomsburg Falls to Kutztown in Women's Soccer

KUTZTOWN--Kutztown University defeated Bloomsburg University, 1-0, on Saturday in a PSAC Eastern Division matchup.

After a scoreless first half in which the Huskies outshot Kutztown, 4-3, the Golden Bears scored the game's only goal in the 67th minute when Kim Kelty scored off a Mallory Kamen assist.

Kutztown's defense held the Huskies in check and did not allow a shot on goal in the second half.

Bloomsburg, 5-6-2, 4-3-1 in the PSAC East, will be play at Mansfield on Oct. 3rd.
