Bloomsburg Falls to East Stroudsburg in Women's Soccer

EAST STROUDSBURG -- The Bloomsburg University women's soccer team lost to East Stroudsburg on Wednesday by a score of 2-1.

The Warriors scored two late first half goals, four minutes apart, to lead at the break. Bloomsburg finally broke through 15 minutes into the second half when Lauren Hess (East Greenville/Upper Perkiomen) scored off an Eileen Alexander (East Northport, NY/Commack) assist. For Hess it was her second goal of the season.

Bloomsburg, 1-1, 0-1 in the PSAC East, will play at Edinboro on Saturday at 6 p.m.
