Staubs Scores Huskies Lone Goal in Win

BLOOMSBURG-- The Bloomsburg University women's soccer team defeated Millersville on Thursday night by a 1-0 score.

Seven minutes into the first half, Katie Staubs (Mont Alto/Waynesboro) scored unassisted. It would turn out to be the game's only goal.

Bloomsburg's defense permitted just four shots on goal, none in the second half. Huskies goalkeeper Robin Gerber (Succasunna, NJ/Roxbury) had five saves for the Huskies.

Bloomsburg, 2-2,1-1 in the PSAC East, will host Indiana (PA) on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
