Bloomsburg Women's Soccer Falls to East Stroudsburg

BLOOMSBURG-The Bloomsburg University women's soccer team lost to East Stroudsburg by a score of 2-1 in overtime on Wednesday.

The Huskies went in front 1-0 when freshman Samantha Fox (Southampton/William Tennet) scored unassisted in the 58th minute. It was Fox's fourth goal of the season. The game stayed that way till the 86th minute when the Warrior's Crystal Zerbe scored an unassisted goal. In the extra session, just one minute into the period, East Stroudsburg's Devon Miniscalo scored giving the Warriors the victory.

For Bloomsburg, goalkeeper Frances Nicoletti (Haddonfield, NJ/Haddonfield) made eight saves. The Huskies fall to 6-8-3 on the year, 4-5-2 in the PSAC East. Bloomsburg will close out its regular season Saturday at Kutztown.
