Women's Soccer Falls to Kutztown 2-1

BLOOMSBURG - The Bloomsburg University women's soccer team lost to Kutztown on Saturday afternoon by a 2-1 score.

Samantha Fox (Southampton / William Tennet) scored the only goal of the game for the Huskies in 60th minute off an assist from Katie Walczuk (Long Valley, NJ / West Morris Central). The goal by Fox was not enough to tie the game and Kutztown went on to win by 2-1 .

The Huskies did however hold Kutztown to only 3 shots on goal in the half, but could not get the tying goal.

Bloomsburg, 2-4-1, 2-2-1 in the PSAC East, East Stroudsburg on Tuesday, September 22 at 7:30 PM.
