Women's Tennis Beats Philadelphia University
BLOOMSBURG-The Bloomsburg University women's tennis team defeated Philadelphia University on Sunday by a 6-3 score.
Katie Hasyn( Lansdale/ North Penn) and Brittani Weeks (Hawley/ Wallenpaupack) were victorious in doubles play with a 8-2 victory. In singles play Torie Cunningham ( Greenlawn, NY/ Harborfields) went 6-1, 4-6, 6-2 to earn a victory in the number two spot. Bloomsburg is 3-4 on the year.
