Bloomsburg Cross Country Team Takes Part in Penn State InvitationalSTATE COLLEGE—Freshman Danielle Kramer (Shamokin/Shamokin) finished 12th out of 237 runners to the Bloomsburg University women's cross country team at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational Saturday afternoon. Kramer was the top Division II finisher at the predominantly Division I race and ran the 6,000 meter course in 22:43 to help the Bloomsburg women take 11th place overall with 297 points out of 20 teams competing. Penn State won the team title with 22 points. Finishing second overall for the Huskies was Amanda Pisano (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown) in 91st place in a time of 24:40. On the men's side, the Huskies finished 15th of 20 teams with Justin Dosch (Sunbury/Shikellamy) taking 77th place in the 5.2 mile event in 28:26. Bloomsburg finished with 417 points, while Oklahoma State won the team championship with 25 points. Second overall for the men was Curtis Woodard (Sayre/Towanda) 88th place in a time of 28:40. The Huskies host the Bloomsburg Invitational next Saturday starting at 11 a.m. A list of the top 10 finishers for the men and the women is below.
