Notes: Track 2004 (Outdoor)Placed 18th in the 5000 meters at the Quaker Invitational in a time of 19:30.86...Had a strong showing at the Susquehanna Invitational, finishing the 5000 meters in 19:09.12, good enough to qualify for the PSAC Championships...Turned in a solid performace at the Indiana (PA) Open, taking eighth in the 3000 in a time of 11:02.08.

Cross Country 2003 Took 64th at the Bloomsburg Invitational in a time of 29:42...Finished the Penn State Spiked Shoe in a time of 26:44...Took 93rd overall at Lock Haven...Placed 62nd at Bucknell in a time of 25:24...Finished 47th overall for the Huskies in the JV meet at DeSales...Placed 27th, in a time of 21:53, at Mansfield.

High SchoolWas captain of both cross country and track teams. Was District Two champion in cross country in 2001. Also teamed up to win district title as a member of the 4 x 800 relay in team in 2001 and 2002.
