(Track) 2004:Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5000 meters at Susquehanna, finishing 11th in a time of 16:02.

(Cross Country) 2003: Helped Bloomsburg to a 2nd place overall team finish at the Bloomsburg Invitational, finshing 17th overall in a time of 28:19...Ran the 5.2 mile Penn State course in a time of 28:49, good enough for 95th overall...Placed 100 at the Lock Haven Invitational in a time of 27:52...Placed 42nd overall for the Huskies at the Gulden Invitational in a time of 26:43...Placed 48th for the Huskies at the DeSales Invitational in a time of 28:14...Ran his best race of the season, taking 13th at Mansfield in a time of 16:16...Took 29th overall at the PSAC Championships...Finished the NCAA Regionals in a time of 34:05, good enough for 57th place overall.

(Track)2003: Finished 2nd in the 5,000-meter race at the Captain's Classic at Christopher Newport in a time of 15:55.91....Finished 3rd in his first ever 10,000-meter race in a PSAC qualifying time of 33:10 at the Susquehanna Invitational.
