Track 2004 (Outdoor):Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5000 meters in a time of 19:00.32 at the Quaker Invitational...Took sixth in the 10,000 meters at the Susquehanna Invitational in a time of 40:49.21.

Track 2004 (Indoor): Ran a personal best of 19:50 in the 5000 meter race at Bucknell...Turned in a strong performance in the 5000 meters at the PSAC Challenge Meet in a time of 19:30.94.

(Cross Country 2003): Finished 12th overall at the Bloomsburg Invitational...Was 8th for Bloomsburg and 70th overall at the Penn State Invitational...Placed 63rd at Lock Haven...Finished in the top 30 at the Gulden Invitational at Bucknell, taking 29th in a time of 24:32...Placed 51st for the Huskies at the DeSales Invitational in a time of 21:16...Took eighth overall at Mansfield in a time of 19:58...Ran well at the PSAC Championships, taking 64th overall in 25:39...Was Huskies sixth overall finisher at the NCAA Regionals, running the course in 24:16 and placing 69 overall.
