Track (Outdoor) 2004: Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the steeplechase, finishing 16th in 12:26.81 at the Susquehanna Invitational.

Track (Indoor) 2004:Took 14th in the 1500 meters at Susquehanna in 5:29.

Cross Country 2003: Took 8th at the Bloomsburg Invitational in a time of 25:04, the highest finish for a Bloomsburg freshman...Finished 6,000 meter race at the Penn State Spiked Shoe in 23:26, good enough for 40th...Was top Huskies freshman finisher taking 34th at Lock Haven...Had an impressive showing at the Gulden Invitational at Bucknell, finishing 19th in a time of 23:51...Was the Huskies third place team finisher at the DeSales Invitational, running the course in a time of 20:38...Ran strong at Mansfield, placing sixth overall in a time of 19:35...Was Bloomsburg's third finisher at the PSAC Championships, finishing the course in 25:15, placing 50th overall...Had a good showing at the NCAA Regionals, finishing in 23:45, good enough for 48th place.
