(Cross Country) 2003:Took 7th overall at the Bloomsburg Invitational with a time of 27:39...Finished the Penn State Spiked Shoe 5.2 mile course in an even 28:00, good enough for 62nd place...Took 148th overall at the Lock Haven Invitational...Ran well at Bucknell, finishing 43rd at the Gulden Invitational...Placed 82nd overall for the Huskies at the DeSales Invitational...Had a strong showing at Mansfield, placing 14th in a time of 16:26...Placed 68th overall at the PSAC Championships.

(Track)2003 Teamed up with Dave Gambsy, Brandon Palmer, and Jason Sheldon in the Distance Medley Relay for an 8th place finish at the PSAC Indoor Track Championships....Placed second in the 1,500 meter race at the Captain's Classic at Christopher Newport in a time of 4:09.03.
