BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University cross country runner Danielle Kramer (Coal Township/Shamokin) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Runner of the Week for the period ending Sept. 13th.

Kramer, a sophomore, was the top Division II finisher at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational last Saturday finishing 10th overall in a time of 22:09. Her finish helped the Huskies to a fifth-place finish, the best among D-II teams at the event.

Earlier this season she won the Bloomsburg Invitational in a time of 23:19.

This is the third time Kramer has won the PSAC Runner of the Week award in her two year cross country career. She has also won the PSAC Athlete of the Week award twice for her performances with the Huskies' track team.

The Huskies are off this weekend and will race the Lock Haven Invitational Saturday, Sept. 27th.
