Bloomsburg Cross Country Takes Part in Lock Haven InvitationalBLOOMSBURG— The Bloomsburg University cross country teams took part in the Lock Haven Invitational on Saturday with the women finishing fourth out of 15 teams (the first Division II team), while the men were eighth of 16 teams. The women's team, without Danielle Kramer (Coal Township/Shamokin) in the race, had Amanda Pisano (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown) finish 12th overall in a time of 23:08, while Mary Bacher (New Tripoli/Allentown Central Catholic) was 29th in 24:15. As a team, the Huskies were only beaten by West Virginia, Duquesne and Penn State-B. For the men, Bloomsburg was led by Justin Dosch (Sunbury/Shikellamy) who was 40th in 26:21, while Brandon Palmer (Carlisle/Big Spring) was 53rd in 26:42. Bloomsburg will take part in the Bucknell Invitational Friday, Oct. 3rd starting at 5 p.m.
