2006 Track: (Indoor) Took second in the mile (5:26.05) and first (12:54:44) as part of the distance medley team at the East Challenge Meet... Placed second in the 5000-meter run at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg in a time of 19:00.03... Was the top Bloomsburg finisher in the 3000 meters at the Bison Open placing fouth in a conference-qualifying time of 10:48... Took second place in 5000 meters at the Orange and Maroon Classic in a conference qualifying time of 18:48.

2005 (Track): (Outdoor) Ran an NCAA-provisional qualifying time of 17:32.88 in the 5000 meters at Bucknell...Took second in the 3000 meters at West Chester in 10:34.99, a PSAC-qualifying time...Ran a PSAC-qualifying time of 17:49 in the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays... Finished 15th in the 1500 meters at Virginia Commonwealth with a PSAC qualifying time of 4:53.
