Close your eyes and you'll swear it's Frank. A decade after the passing of the Chairman of the Board, Steve Lippia and his 16-piece band pull the audience back in time with a repertoire of standards delivered as the composers intended. Reminiscent of the young Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Harry Connick Jr., Steve Lippia moves from crisp, popping swing tunes to lush, poignant ballads by great composers, such as Cole Porter, Sammy Cahn and Rodgers and Hart. His song list includes Sinatra standards "I've Got You Under My Skin," "The Lady is a Tramp" and "Come Rain or Come Shine."
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for BU students and children ages 12 and younger. For information, call the Haas Center Box Office at (570) 389-4409.
