Adult CPR/AED
This 4 hour course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life for victims in emergency situations such as choking, heart attacks, CPR and the use of defibrillators until advanced medical help arrives. The content will help rescuers recognize emergencies and give appropriate care, regardless of the type of emergency. Skills are practiced with manikins and AED (defibrillator) trainers. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an authorized certificate from the American Red Cross which is valid for 1 year. Sponsored by Human Resources.

Resolving Conflict: Practical Approaches for Common Problems
Highlights of this workshop are to enable participants to work through conflict on their own, practice the skill using the C.A.L.M. method, and keep conflicts from escalating and build positive interpersonal skills.
