Summer student vehicle registration

All student vehicles must be registered with the University Police Department. No fees will be charged to park on campus for the summer.

Students must pre-register their vehicles through STINF. To register online, students should start at the STINF homepage, click on the "Parking Decal" tab, and follow the instructions. This process must be completed in order to obtain a decal. Please check the schedule below for designated time and location to receive your decal.

On their designated registration date they must present their vehicle registration and driver's license to obtain their decal. The decals must be properly displayed on the vehicle according to the University Parking Regulations. Decals can be obtained at the Scranton Commons on Monday, May 19, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, July 1, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Vehicles must be parked in your designated area until you are scheduled to register. Students should not park in faculty/staff areas or they will be ticketed hourly at the rate of $15 per hour.

Students eligible to obtain a campus parking decal must present the vehicle registration card (owner's card) and driver's license at time of registration. Any commuter students who are not permanent residents of Bloomsburg must show some form of acceptable identification with name and current local address.
